Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address and when you gave consent. We use it only to send you curry.club launch updates. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We don't sell or share it, apart from our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), who process it on our behalf.

Reviews

If you write a review we store your name, the review, your rating, an optional email and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to stop spam. Your name, rating and review are published once approved by a moderator; your email and IP hash are never published. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in running an honest review site.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time by emailing the contact address above. We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or until launch updates end, and reviews until you ask us to remove them. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
